At IMALLIS, we allow our customer to return or exchange their purchases made on online shop or in-stores purchased. 


Purchases may be returned, exchanged or refunded within (14) days upon purchase. However, the product(s) must abide to these terms:

  1. Sale and discounted items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
  2. We accept returns within 7-14 days from the date you received your parcel. 
  3. Only defective or wrong-received items can be returned for exchange.
  4. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, unwash and free of damages by the customer.
  5. Item must be inside the original packaging (ziplock bag or plastic) with tagging.
  6. Any order purchased from our Authorised Resellers, kindly please share the reseller shop name & phone number details.
  7. Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colors are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.
  8. Purchase made via our online shop and offline store entittledto a return and exchange to our team with the receipt proof.
  9. All shipping cost of returned item will be borne by seller.
  10. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
  11. Once item are returned, we assume you agreed to the Term & Conditions of Return & Exchange Policy.
  12. The new item will only be shipped to you once we have received the returned one.
  13. Therefore, please provide the return tracking number to our customer service for ease of tracking.

Our customer service will reach you within 2 working days to notify you in regards of your Return & Exchange approval status.


STEP 3 :

Make sure your items are returned in new, unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Item must be inside the original packaging (ziplock bag or plastic) with tagging.
